Event Masters

In the runup to Saint-Nicholas and every child’s favourite season, we built two themed vaults for Event Masters/Wunderman Thompson as an activation for bpost.

Now that Halloween is over, we can shift the focus to a season favourite, Saint-Nicholas! Children traditionally prepare a letter for the old man and either get something sweet in return, or, if they’ve been good, a neatly wrapped present.

Event Masters/Wunderman Thompson approached us for the production of two vaults that are being used as an activation by bpost. Based on a concept sketch, our engineering team worked their magic and technically assembled the frame and its interactive elements. Each vault was built in-house by our skilled production team in close collaboration with our technical team to ensure interactivity, lighting and multimedia control were on point.

Children activate the sequence via a main touch screen in the middle of the vault. They can then drop their letter for Saint-Nicholas on the left-hand side of the vault. Once this happens, one of the smaller vaults is opened on the right-hand side, including smoke and small gifts and sweets.
