LUCA School of Arts
Fisheye was chosen to create an immersive, virtual tour of 5 locations across Belgium, allowing LUCA School of Arts to showcase its campuses and courses.
If 2020 taught us anything it's the fact that digital events and virtual tours aren't going anywhere. In an effort to replace the annual Open Campus Days and Sid-In Conferences for future students, LUCA School of Arts chose Fisheye as partner to produce a virtual tour of their 5 campuses across Belgium.
Next to providing more traditional information about their courses and campuses LUCA wanted to provide an immersive experience, showcasing the qualities and surroundings of each of these 5 locations. This virtual tour will be used as an innovative and adaptable recruitment tool over the next few years.
(Post-)production & follow-up
After an introductory meeting with the LUCA team our project managers went to work listing all locations and planning the 360 photoshoots. We set up an online content management system to allow team LUCA to keep track of updates and implement features on their own behalf in the future. Production included communication with all campus managers and co-developing visually interesting setups for every location campuswide.
We implemented LUCA's branding guidelines in the designs we created, while stitching, masking and color-correcting all of the footage in the postproduction process. After this stage we added hotspots and icons where necessary, so our client can keep on adding information and alter links. A simple iframe allows this entire tour to be embedded into any website, as you can see below.
