We’ve partnered with AWB Schots and Vlaio to kick start a research project into developing a new sustainable material. It’s not a secret that the production sector has a bad reputation in sustainability, but we are motivated to change what we can with progressive insight.

Not only do we create and innovate concept-wise, we also engage ourselves to put in extra efforts when it comes to the environment. For us, as a multidisciplinary production agency, innovation and sustainability go hand in hand.

AWB Schots was looking for a way to give their excess grass cuttings a second life. Thanks to insights from experts from Earth Plant & Fiber and Circular Matters, we have been experimenting with various binders to develop grass panels and grass blocks.
We presented the results during Wonder Festival in Kortrijk to a panel of experts from various fields of work. The trials continue with some newfound insights – we’re curious to see where this journey takes us!
